Maria Young is a holistic wellbeing educator, mentor and the founder of Maria Young Wellbeing, INFUSION and the Maria Young Academy of Holistic Health (MYAHH). With over two decades of experience in wellness, entrepreneurship and personal development, Maria is passionate about helping people reconnect with balance, purpose and vitality in both their personal and professional lives.
Through her work, Maria offers a unique blend of holistic therapies, accredited training programmes, mentorship and transformational wellbeing experiences, supporting individuals who feel called to create healthier, more meaningful lives and careers.
Maria is a Member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists and Therapy Lecturers, and through MYAHH she leads a recognised teaching academy delivering GTi accredited training courses across Northern Ireland and the UK. Her work supports both new and experienced practitioners in developing confidence, skills and sustainable wellbeing businesses.
She is also the creator of the INFUSION platform, a growing wellbeing community focused on helping people Live Well and Rise Strong through practical tools, education and supportive connection.
In addition to teaching and mentoring, Maria provides selected holistic treatments and wellbeing services and is an approved provider for workplace and government mental health and wellbeing programmes.
Her approach blends professional expertise with warmth, encouragement and a deep belief that everyone has the potential to grow, heal and thrive.
